Over The Rainbow

Even though the weather wasn't cooperating this weekend we still manage to enjoy it. My little sis and my girlfriend Amber came out with her family to the lake for a visit. Amber also happens to be my hair dresser. So we all got a well needed hair cut. Everyone seemed to have a great time. My husband began the crazy task of teaching our daughter who is almost 4 to drive the boat. She thinks it's the best thing. Though I think she is a little young for driving. Of course my husband was right there the entire time. It was just all in good fun. The weather was so crazy this weekend. One minute it would be sunny and warm. Then the next minute it would be raining, cold and windy. It's the craziest weather I've ever seen in August. I actually got the opportunity to catch a rainbow in our back yard. Thank god I have a polarized lens that the hubby bought me a few years ago. It really enhanced all those beautiful colors of the rainbow. I was really impressed.
