Giveaway For The JumpStart Adventure-Based 3D Virtual World Educational Game

I'm very proud to announce my very first blog giveaway sponsored by JumpStart.com. When Knowledge Adventure, creators of Jump Start, asked me to review their product I was so excited. I feel truly honored that they chose me to try out their product. I have loved the jump start educational products for years. We have several of the jump Start CD's here at our home and love each and every one. Let me begin by telling you a little bit about Jump Start. They have been offering educational products for children for over 15 years. We have had hours of enjoyment from these wonderful educational games. Recently Jump Start launched a beta version of a browser-based virtual 3-D world at www.JumpStart.com. Currently there are two lands to visit. Story Land which is aimed for children between the ages of 3-5, and Adventure Land which is aimed for children from kindergarten to 2nd grade.

This morning the little one and I got online and started playing this fantastic 3-D game. We first got to pick a jumpeez, which is our own avatar. We then named the jumpeez and got to pick out an outfit for our cute little guy to wear. My little one really enjoyed doing this. She's been back several times now to change her jumpeez appearance. I can't even begin to tell you how much fun we've been having. There is so much educational content to explore with your jumpeez. So far my little one has come across storybooks, video's and has unlocked some new and exciting games. All these fun activities will help her improve her skills with reading, math,matching,colors and so much more.

Actually, as I'm typing this my little four year old is still on the computer playing in Jump Starts magical world. There are several lands to visit full of magic and adventure, such as Adventure Land and Story Land. Jump Start will soon release a second world called Future Land. Future land will be for kids from 3rd to 5th grade. We've spent most of the morning exploring Story Land. I can't wait to see what other adventures we discover. The graphics are just like candy for the eyes. The lands you get to visit are so vibrant in color and amazingly beautiful. The best part about this amazing website is that it's safe for your children. That's very important to me as a parent.

I'm a huge believer that my child needs to be up with technology. Once she starts school she'll be learning on the computer all the time. I just want to know she will be prepared for that challenge, and I think Jump Start will help her with that challenge. The hubby and I had our little one on the computer at an early age. Now that she is 4 going on 5 she craves more computer exposure. I think Jump Start is a great activity to keep the kids minds fresh while they are out of school on summer vacation.

There is even a spot on Jump Start for parents. Jump Start has a wonderful blog to keep you up to speed on such things as learning tips, technology, and so much more. I'm definitely coming back to visit more often. I'm just addicted to this site. I would definitely recommend this site to other parents. It's fantastic!
