Gearing Up For The Holiday Season
Can you believe that Halloween is only a month away. Then comes Thanksgiving and Christmas. During the the hustle and bussel of the holiday season seems like the time that I gain most of my weight each year. There are so many parties to attend and I just can't resist all those yummy holiday treats. Plus it doesn't help that I live in a state where nine months out of the year the weather is terrible. So I end up getting stuck in the house most of the time. This year I've decided to take a proactive approach and start my dieting early this year. I'm on a mission to find the best weight loss pill. When the holidays roll around I'm going to try and control my temptation for all those wonderful holiday treats.

I wish I could control myself over the holidays! It's impossible!
ReplyDeleteI like the mantra "all things in moderation". Good luck
ReplyDeleteI hope you reconsider the diet pills and instead consider hypnosis or joining a health club you can never be sure of the effects of a pill.. They can causse a lot of damage you don't know about for years.
ReplyDeleteBest of luck and remember life is short..the body is a temple and stay healthy..

Good luck this holiday season. I know how tough it can be to watch what you eat when there are so many sweet treats around during the holidays.
ReplyDeleteI'm still on doc's orders not to work out, but man it's discouraging being just as big unpreggo as you were preggo. It's like people look at the kid then at my stomach and seem confused.
ReplyDeleteThe holidays are a very hard time to lose weight.
ReplyDeleteGood luck! I started The Five Factor diet this week - it seems like a good program. . .I'll see if it works! Thank you for the comment on my blog earlier this week!
ReplyDeleteI have a award over on my blog to give you ;)
ReplyDeleteI'm already fighting the battle of the eggnog.
ReplyDeleteAnd now on to Thanksgiving with all the pies and cookies and mashed potatoes...*sigh* At least it tastes good ;)
