Entertaining At Its Best

The hubby and I have really met some amazing people this past year. Some of who have become very close friends. It seems like every weekend we are either having a BBQ with friends or having a hug fish fry night. I'm starting to think I need to invest in commercial restaurant equipment. That might make my cooking job a little easier. The smallest crowd I seem to cook for lately is a minimum of fifteen people. I have to admit I've really been enjoying myself while entertaining at our little apartment. It's been an amazingly fun summer.
