So Sad Today

Yesterday I received the worst news possible. My life long friend lost her husband to a heart attack. He was only 57 years old and died at his home. I knew that he had battled with heart problems since his early 40's, but his death feels like such a shock to me. My heart breaks for friend and her two daughters. It's true when they say life is just way too short. It sure puts things into prospective for me and what is important in my life. My thoughts and prayers go out to my friend and her family. Love you guys!!!
