I do enough exercising chasing after my kids. When I cut out the soda, high fructose corn syrup, and ate more nuts, fruits and veggies and whole grains the weight started to come off. I also no longer buy margarine or butter. We strictly use extra virgin olive oil. I also pray and plan while walking which helps me recharge. I was looking at photos of a friends vacation and we came upon one of her in a bikini and she flipped over it real quick. She didn't like her stretch marks! If I had that body I'd overlook the stretch marks. But like I say no one is ever satisfied. I'd love to be a size 12!!!
