I just love magic. I mean who doesn't. Right? As a child I had heard of the legendary Harry Houdini. I was and still am fascinated with his life and his amazing magic. Harry Houdini was a very accomplished and focused magician. He did many tricks such as the needle trick and the Challenge Act where Houdini would escape from any pair of handcuffs produced by the audience. I always thought that Houdini died trying to attempt the Water Torture Cell Illusion. The truth is while doing a world tour and performing in Detroit Michigan Harry Houdini passed away from a ruptured appendix. He passed away at Grace Hospital in Detroit on October 31, 1926. Today there is a new Magician in the spot light. The media is calling Criss Angel the new Houdini. He has beat many of Houdini's records and surpassed many of Houdini's illusions. I've actually had the pleasure of watching Criss Angel's act on TV. His performance was mind blowing. He has mastered the magic world. Yes, I due believe he is the new Houdini.
