Treadmill Time
Bathing suit weather is fast approaching and I think it's time I concentrate on getting in shape. I'm not to terribly out of shape, but I'm not completely happy with my image. Of course what women is completely satisfied with the way she looks, unless you are built like a super model, which I'm far from. I'm actually feeling quit motivated lately. I'm not a huge fan of exercise, but I feel compelled to get on my treadmill. I was evening thinking about trying out the Kettlebell program. I'd love to get out of this size 12 that I seem to be stuck in. I'd be in heaven if I could get myself into a size 10 pants. What are some of your exercise techniques that have helped you lose weight? Any and all suggestions are very welcome.

I don't think anyone is ever satisfied with everything about themselves. I was looking at photos of a friends vacation and we came upon one of her in a bikini and she flipped over it real quick. She didn't like her stretch marks! If I had that body I'd overlook the stretch marks. But like I say no one is ever satisfied. I'd love to be a size 12!!! Good luck with your new work out program.
ReplyDeleteI like aerobics videos because I find the treadmill painfully boring!
ReplyDeleteWriting down everything I ate and consistent exercise helped me tremendously. Try www.fitday.com
ReplyDeleteI've got to quit this dropping on EC! I have to get out on my bike and move my lazy butt.
ReplyDeleteTreadmills are great...it really helps to watch tv or listen to music so you don't get too bored.
ReplyDeleteI am able to walk and think it's one of the healthy and least invasive things you can do for your body. I also pray and plan while walking which helps me recharge. By the way I'm a size 14 and happy as can be I love who I am not matter what the size (less being so heavy it's unhealthy) size 12 is a great place to be...
ReplyDeletehugs and good luck..

I found that changing my diet works better than having an exercise routine. I do enough exercising chasing after my kids. When I cut out the soda, high fructose corn syrup, and ate more nuts, fruits and veggies and whole grains the weight started to come off. I also no longer buy margarine or butter. We strictly use extra virgin olive oil. Good luck with your fitness program!
