Summer Blues

I truly and honestly love summer. I look forward to the summer months each year. The only thing that weighs heavy on my soul is my weight. I know, I should be happy with my appearance, but I'm not. Sorry guys, it's just who I am. I'm not saying I'm this huge obese person, because I'm not. I only really need to lose about 20 or 30 pounds. I dread pulling out the summer clothes each year. I feel fatter in my summer clothes then I do in my winter clothes. I guess it's because I can hide more under my warm and cozy sweat shirts and sweaters. LOL! I refuse to start taking diet pills, even if the bottle states they are the best diet pills around. I'm trying diligently to stick to my walking and my low fat foods. I swear I'm going to turn into a salad sometime soon. The good news is that I did manage to lose about 2 pounds in the past few weeks. Yippie!

  1. I've just come back from riding my bike 5 miles for this very reason. I can maintain, but I cannot lose anything it seems. I'm struggling! Swimsuit season is coming and I dread it this year!!! Ugh!
