Eating In Moderation Is The Key

Yet again I find myself talking about the best weight loss supplement out on the market today. I know, I'm sounding a little obsessive about diet pills. I guess I just really want to find the perfect weight loss aid that is also healthy. Does anyone have any suggestions? I still have 20 more pounds that I need to lose. The good news is that I haven't gained any weight. My weight is stable for the moment, that is until Christmas rolls around and I start eating all those yummy holiday foods. I think eating in moderation is the key. If I don't over indulge then my weight should stay the same. Right? I have started riding bikes with my hubby and our little one. It's been so much fun taking night bike rides with the family. I haven't been on a bike since I was about 17 years old. Gosh, it's been a long time.
