The Waiting Game

My hubby and I live in a two bedroom apartment. The size is about 1000 square feet, which seems to work pretty well for our little family. I like living in this apartment community because of all the great people we've met, but I sure could do without all the repairs that seem to be done in our little home. It seems like it takes the maintenance men forever to respond to a maintenance request. My hubby is a jack of all trades and can fix almost anything. I'm starting to think that we should invest in an entire set of tools so he can complete our apartment repairs.
