Sarah Palin's Ongoing Wolf Slaughter

Thanks to Sited and Blogged for sharing this information on their site. I was shocked and outraged when I watched this video. It was a huge eye opener. Let me explain why I'm so hot under the collar. Hunting in this day and age is considered a sport, not a means of survival. My question to you is where is the sportsmanship in areal hunting? I'm not a hunter myself, but my husband is a huge hunter. As a hunter he completely disagrees with Governor Sarah Palin's techniques in hunting this type of wildlife. Why not make the playing field equal and meet the animal on their own territory. It's one thing to hunt on the ground, but it's a totally different story to hunt any type of animal by air. These are totally unfair hunting practices. I'm actually a huge animal love and also a member of Defenders of Wildlife. I've supported Defenders of Wildlife to save the wolfs for many years now. I've even adopted my own wolf through Defenders of Wildlife. Yup, I'm a tree huger and love anything fuzzy. The hubby and I often butt heads about his hunting and my love of wild life. This video made my skin crawl and made me feel sick to my stomach. This type of action needs to be stopped. Ashley Judd along with Defenders of Wildlife are on a mission to stop this inhuman treatment of animals. The group claims that Palin has proposed a $150 bounty for each dead wolf and approved a campaign to promote aerial hunting. Watch the video and you'll see why I'm so fired up about this terrible treatment of these poor wolfs. If you're as passionate about wild life as I am. Then stop by Defenders Of Wildlife and show your support. If you click on the video you will be directed to a form to fill out. Use this form to contact Governor Palin urging her to end the state’s unfounded aerial hunting program immediately.

Thanks so much for taking time to visit me today.
