Our First Major Winter Snow Storm Of The Season

As I was driving my little one to school this morning I couldn't help but notice the beauty that mother nature left for us this morning to admire. It's always amazed me how these small delicate snowflakes make their way on to the tree limbs. I almost feel like I'm in one of those magical snow globes. It's definitely a winter wonderland.

  1. It sure is a pretty snow! All the motorists seemed to be driving nice this AM.

  2. We're still in the middle of a long, cold, wet fall. I really thought it was going to snow a couple of nights ago, but it only rained. I'm already ready for summer, and we haven't even gotten started on summer yet.

  4. Wow, what a beautiful photo! The snow is just way too cold to handle, but it just looks beautiful when you can look at it from inside a warm car or house.

  5. That is a beautiful picture! It would make such a pretty postcard or desktop background. Do you ever look at Weather Underground? (www.wunderground.com) They have the most gorgeous user-submitted photos of weather happenings, and this reminds me of many of the great pictures I see on there.

    I love snow!
