What's the Best Calcium Supplement Out There?

If you're a fan of my blog then you'll know that I under went parathyroid surgery this past June. I was misdiagnosed for about six years and now I'm on the road to recovery and feeling great.  Part of my treatment is to stay on calcium and vitamin D supplements the rest of my life. Since I have to take these supplements the rest of my life I would really like to get my hands on the  best calcium supplement out there.  I'm so confused when I'm browsing the vitamin section.  There are so many products out there it makes my head spin.  How do I choose?

    I have a hard time getting enough calcium too. If you find something good let me know. I'm also taking a D3 supplement
