Giving Your Exercise Routine A Jump Start

My sister is a huge fitness fan. She lifts weights and runs about six miles a day. She loves exercising and she says it helps with her fatique and bouts of depression. I even suggest she add creatine supplements to her weight lifting routine.  She was expressing how she didn't feel her weight lifting was paying off and needed some type of boost.  Creatine supplements might just be the answer for her.  I have heard this supplement has produced great results for many people.  I might have to look into this for myself.  I've just started my own exercise routine and I'm loving it.
