My little sister has decided to sell her home of eleven years.  It was a hard decison to come to for her, but I think it's the right decision.  She's been working hard trying to get the old place into shape.  She's been painting, washing walls, cleaning carpets and trying to make the yard presentable.  She noticed this past fall that she has a terrible crabgrass problem.  She told me that she really needs to invest in a quality crabgrass killer. I hope that she'll be able to whip her house into shape before next spring when it's due to hit the market. I wish her the best of luck in this tough housing market and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it sells.
