I Want A MP3 Player

The older I get the harder it is for me to stay up to date with technology. When I was a kid there were such things are record players, cassette tapes and walk mans to listen to your favorite tunes. Do they still make walk mans? I even remember vaguely 8 track players but I like to think these were before my time. Recently I've decided to add a MP3 player to my Christmas list for this year. I want to know what the big deal is with these cute little technological gadgets. I've been shopping around and there are some really awesome MP3 players to choose from. Gosh, do I have to choose just one? I'm really looking forward to learning some new technology. Maybe then I won't feel so lost when I hear people talking about their MP3 players.

    With this new stuff it's out of date the month after we buy it. It takes me that long to figure it out.

    i'm the same way. i saw that target has an ipod shuffled 2nd generation (whatever that means) for $40. comes with headphones & charger i think.
